Contact your assigned Account Manager and email or create a Trouble Ticket.

Please note: a call is required if after 10pm Mountain.

No matter the time of day, you should have a ticket number provided back from CCI for the carrier (via email and/or phone) within 30- 60 minutes of the time a trouble is reported. Please note that emails are a preferred method so that accurate records can be kept on both ends.
