Matthew Person - Provisioning Manager Matthew has spent over ten years working in telecommunications, getting his start in the industry as Major Account Manager for TouchFON International in early 1997. He joined the CCI Communications team in 1999, transitioning to CCI Network Services in 2004. His experience includes various aspects of network operations, systems administration, and switch management. Matthew also has extensive experience working with carriers and vendors in all aspects of provisioning, circuit design and facilities management. He has expansive knowledge of carrier services including both voice and data systems.
