Kristin Delatorre - Account Manager
Kristin has worked in the Telecommunications industry since 1999 when she joined SCi of Kansas City, Missouri; beginning as an entry level Customer Support Representative and ending (her career) five years later as the Senior Client Development Manager and Corporate Trainer. Kristin joined CCI's team in April 2006 as an Account Manager. Kristin graduated in 1999 from William Jewell University (Liberty, Missouri) with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Communication.

Michele Patterson - Account Manager
Michele has over 10 years of experience in the telecom industry. Prior to joining CCI, she held positions with two different CLECs, as well as a Long Distance & Data Reseller. She has experience working in both Operations and Customer Retention, ranging from Switch Technician, Cost Containment Team Manager, to Agent & Strategic Account Manager.

Kimberley Tanner - Account Manager
Kimberley has 14 years of experience in the telecom industry, working with carriers such as Verizon, Global Crossing, Sprint and Qwest, before joining the CCI Communications team. Kimberley provides sales support of complex communication solutions for her customer base as well as understands the customer's business needs and strategies. Building relationships and long term partnerships with the customer is a key to past and present successes.
