- Kristin ShippeeSenior Account ManagerKristin has worked in the Telecommunications industry since June 1999 when she joined Southwest Communications, Inc. (SCi) of Kansas City, Missouri as an entry level Customer Support Representative. Five years later, and in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kristin ended her tenure at SCi as their Senior Client Development Manager and Corporate Trainer. While at SCi, Kristin enjoyed traveling to provide above-class service to her many clients across the nation as well as to provide product and procedure training to newly hired employees using a program she developed. Following a 22-month break as a stay at home Mom, Kristin joined CCI's team in April 2006 as an Account Manager. Kristin continues to serve her Agents and Customers at CCI with the commitment to “building relationships for life” by providing fast, accurate and trustworthy support for her clients across the globe. Kristin graduated in 1999 from William Jewell University (Liberty, Missouri) with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Communication. - Crystal Justet-BirdAccount ManagerCrystal brings CCI over 12 years of valuable experience in the Telecom Industry. She began her career in Salt Lake City, Utah as a Local Cable Install Technician, following which she went to work for XO Communications where she served as a Trouble Representative; also working as a NOC Technician in Denver, CO. Crystal joined CCI’s team in 2007 as a Order Provisioner but has since transitioned to serving as a Account Manager/DID-LNP Manager.
